Hello! My name is Heidi.
I went to college and got a couple degrees. Then I worked as a Speech-language Pathologist for two years until Bubbers came along.
While I loved my job and working with kids, I love my job as a mom best.
I started a blog because I love to write. I’ve written stories my whole life.
Deep down inside my heart, I secretly dream to be published in paper someday. Until then, I’m publishing for y’all and hope you enjoy it!

Wow – this is completely stunning. Seriously. Like it needs to be on a greeting card or the filler pic in a photo frame. Something. It’s just amazing.

Wow Heidi – what beautiful photography – and what a gorgeous little boy!! I could definitely see this shot and maybe a couple others like it framed and lined up on a ledge or on the wall… And Charlotte’s right – it looks like a picture that would come in a purchased frame or on a card; it’s so perfect. You are definitely an artist. :)
By the way, I was just looking at the pics in your “favorite pictures” section, and I LOVE the ones of the little church (where IS that??) and the picnic benches – esp. the sepia one! You must have so much fun taking the photos and then using photoshop…I think someday I’m going to have to get a decent camera and take a class or something… Your pictures always make me want two things: to actually BE wherever you’ve taken the picture (for outdoor shots, and to learn how to do this myself! ;)
