Wow, the only resemblance I see is their clothes!
I think Bubbers looks like his daddy and Scooters looks like his mommy!
I agree with Charlotte…Bubbers favors Daddy and Scooters favors Mommy. However, they both do have the same shape in their face and head and have very similar skin color.
