Hi Everyone!

Mom promised I could pick up where she left off yesterday…..

So here I am!

With my first bandaid ever!

I didn’t even know these things existed and now I get one!

Isn’t that neat?

PICT0172 edited

I think so.

PICT0174 edited

And now it’s time…..

PICT0175 edited

….. to take it off.

PICT0189 edited

That didn’t work.

PICT0176 edited

Oh, I know!!

PICT0187 edited

First I need to stick it in my mouth!

PICT0188 edited

Then I pull it….. off.

PICT0200 edited

Um, that didn’t work either.

PICT0204 edited

Oh well!

I guess it’s staying on.

But that’s okay, as long as I can still play…..

About Heidi

Hello! My name is Heidi. I went to college and got a couple degrees. Then I worked as a Speech-language Pathologist for two years until Bubbers came along. While I loved my job and working with kids, I love my job as a mom best. I started a blog because I love to write. I’ve written stories my whole life. Deep down inside my heart, I secretly dream to be published in paper someday. Until then, I’m publishing for y’all and hope you enjoy it! Here are a few of my latest posts...

  1. Very cute! I love how you show all of the details and take pictures of his little hands. I’m going to have to work on that. :) I wish I took a picture of Preston’s first and only bandaid experience. He was eight months old and I found it in his mouth a few hours after I put it on… gross I know.

  2. Maybe he thought by sucking on it he could weaken the fibers and pull it of better! Great pictures, what a happy guy!

  3. Ha! You’re totally right. I forgot about those! Though you’re right, he’s never noticed those before. I guess I was thinking the first bandaid I’ve ever put on him.

  4. Bubbers is photogenic! I agree with Alycia. I love how you photographic hands and toes. All the little things you’d normally not think to capture. When he is older he’ll know how much you love him.

  5. What a cutie! Did he get any welts from the blackberry brambles? I always get little raised patches where I’ve been scratched…

Anyway, I’m with everyone else…love those little hands! What a good idea for a post. You will always treasure capturing moments like these. :)
