More changes to the ol’ blog

June 13th, 2008

Hey Everyone!

You may have noticed I’ve changed a couple things on my blog thanks to Charming’s genius programming (thank you, Love!).

You were all so great and supportive back on My First (and last?) Customers (which meant so much to me, thank you!!) that I decided to incorporate my photography into my headers, even if I don’t do anymore work for hire (which I still haven’t decided for sure yet…..).

So now you’ll see a new header each time you visit (or refresh the page), which Prince Charming figured out how to do all on his own! (All I had to do was edit the pictures and add the words and he took care of the rest! What a guy!)

Which brings me to the other change I made to my blog: a new title.

When I first made my blog, I couldn’t think of anything more creative than “Heidi’s Blog,” so that’s what y’all got.

Then a while back, Melissa made a comment and referred to my “tender heart.”

And I loved it so much I’ve had it rolling around in my head until I finally decided to take the plunge and make the change.

So, I hope you like it (but feel free to keep calling it Heidi’s Blog if you want).

Well, I think that’s it for now, but (as always!) thank you for reading and for your awesome support!!

Happy Friday!!

–Heidi :)

p.s. Stay tuned for some adorable new movies of the Bubbers King. They’re so cute, even he laughs at them!!

Very nice! Love the new name. I think the hydrangea pic is my fave so far of all the headers:)

Thanks, Charlotte! And I’m glad you like that one! (And I actually didn’t know which one was hydrangeas until I looked it up! :) Did you like the all purple one or the three different colored one? Or are those not hydrangeas??) :)

You have a gorgeous blog header. Hope you are enjoying your weekend!

What a cool idea to have different pics on your header! :) My favorites are the hydrangeas, too – both the purple and the 3-colored one. We have a baby hydrangea planted in our front yard, and I can’t wait for it to “grow up” and bloom. (Right now it’s literally just a 12″ tall twig with leaves all down it, so I don’t even know what color it’ll be.) Anyway, I think the name is perfect! Nice work.
