Tonight!

My Prince Charming is coming home tonight!!

His conference in Florida finishes up today and then he’s catching a plane home.

Needless to say, Bubbers and I are very, very excited.

In fact, when I asked the little Wooga man his thoughts on the subject, he said: [Click here]

What more can I say??

About Heidi

Hello! My name is Heidi. I went to college and got a couple degrees. Then I worked as a Speech-language Pathologist for two years until Bubbers came along. While I loved my job and working with kids, I love my job as a mom best. I started a blog because I love to write. I’ve written stories my whole life. Deep down inside my heart, I secretly dream to be published in paper someday. Until then, I’m publishing for y’all and hope you enjoy it! Here are a few of my latest posts...

  1. Yay! I’m so excited for you… it’s gotta be hard to be apart and have Bubbers by yourself. Gabe hasn’t been gone since Preston was born, but in a few weeks I’m going to Utah while he’ll be on a business trip. I’m going to miss him, but at least I’ll have some help with the relatives, we’ll see how it goes.

By the way, Bubber’s babble is very cute. Preston does the “dada” thing a lot too. It’s kind of sad because he only says “mama” when he’s crying.

  2. Thanks, Alycia! It is really hard having Charming gone, but it sure does make me appreciate him more–which is a good thing. :)

Oh, I’m sorry Gabe will be leaving (that first time alone with the baby is especially hard), but I’m so glad you’ll be able to be with family!

Preston’s babbling, too?? How fun!! That’s too funny about the “mama” thing–Bubbers does that a lot, too. :) He seems to go in cycles of what he babbles the most–but overall I’d say “dada” is the most common.

  3. Nobody knows how you feel any more than I do! It really does make you appreciate the time you can spend with him more though.

  4. You know, Stacey–I’ve totally been thinking about you these last few days and wondering how on earth you do it! I thought maybe you get used to it more if they travel often, but I can’t imagine it ever gets easy. You amaze me!!
